The Galiano Green Affordable Home Ownership application form is now available on the Galiano Green project page. The form contains information on the project, qualification criteria and the application form itself. Just download and open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
You can fill it out electronically, save it and e-mail it to info@galianoaffordablehousing.org or print it and drop it off at the Galiano Land & Community Housing Trust office in the Community Development Office.The address is #6-33 Manzanita Rd, Galiano Island, BC, Canada.
Printed application forms are also available in an envelope on the office door – drop by any day from early morning to late evening and take however many you need.
